Background Settings and Ideas
We want your ideas! We are compiling a list of our student’s favorite portrait settings and backgrounds. We will share these creative ideas with the entire student body at the event. So send them our way! Email ideas to cpreventinfo@ckmedia.com with “My Favorite Settings” in the subject line. Prizes will be randomly drawn for all those who submit entries on Saturday evening. You must be present to win.
Deadline is August 22nd, 2008.

Photo Scavenger Hunt
On your mark, get set, photograph! Miss the days gone by of Hide & Go Seek, Kick the Can and scavenger hunts? Then get your game on!
During both CPR San Jose and CPR Stamford events, we’ll host a Photo Scavenger Hunt. Pair up in groups (2-5 people each) and scour the list of items you need to photograph in and outside the hotel. Register with your group on at the information desk before Friday at 4 p.m., and then get snappin’ to compete for the the most creative photography, most entertaining and the highest photographic quality. Meet in the hotel lobby at 5 p.m. on Friday for a brief orientation and to receive your complete list of scavenger items. All entries must be received back to the information desk by 1:00 PM on Saturday.
CPR Attendee Raffle
No need to fill out a registration form to enter. You have been entered in this contest simply by registering for CPR! The raffle drawing will take place Friday evening at both CPR-San Jose and CPR-Stamford. Participants must be present to win. Prizes vary and consist of CK Media and sponsor products.
“Best of San Jose!” Photography Contest, Sponsored by Canon
Canon is hosting the Best of San Jose Photography Contest beginning Thursday evening. All photographs are to be taken over the course of the weekend. Receive a free 4″x”6 photo at the onsite imaging lab that can be redeemed with your Canon punch card you receive at registration. Photograph entries must be submitted to the Canon staff by 4 PM on Saturday. Ten lucky participants will be awarded, but 1st, 2nd & 3rd place will be chosen to win the Grand Prizes!
